Are there any fees for items sold?
No. We are a subscription based platform. Our monthly fee is all you pay to sell.
Am I able to communicate directly with seller?
Yes. We encourage everyone to advertise their items, physical location and talk with each other.
Who actually sells the items on our site?
We are a 3rd party website that allows sellers to open stores on our site and sell their items.
How long does it take to receive funds after a sale?
TCC will put a temporary hold on all funds until buyer receives the item(s). They will have 24 hours to submit an issue or accept the item(s). If feedback isn’t received in 24 hours after delivery, funds will be released to seller.This is usually 7-10 days.
What am I able to sell on TCC?
You may sell collectible cards, gaming cards and comic books on our site. Any items not permitted will be removed without warning.
Do I Need a subscription?
To purchase an item you will need to register for a FREE account. In order to open your online store and sell, you must purchase our $25/month subscription. You may cancel at anytime.
Shipping
What if I don't get my item(s)?
As we are a 3rd party, we have no control over the seller or the delivery service. we do keep the funds on hold until everyone is satisfied.
Why is the sales tax rate different for sellers?
Sales tax is figured by the sellers location in normal circumstances. as of the opening of this site, we need to be up and sell a minimum in each jurisdiction before we collect sales tax. Tis is a TBD when this is satisfied.
why isnt their a shipping option?
To keep our site simple, we have made it “free shipping” and the cost to ship the card should be included in the price of the card. Shipping is usually minimal and the cost is very easy to absorb to make the item more attractive to buyer
